Getting Started

There is gold everywhere. Most people are not trained to see it.

10 steps to develop powers over which only you have control.

1.Find a reason greater than reality: The power of spirit
A reason or a purpose is a combination of "wants" and "dont wants."

If they are not strong enough, then the reality of the road ahead may be greater than your reasons.
Without a strong reason or purpose, anything in life is hard.

If you don't have a strong reason, there is no sense reading further. It will sound like too much work.

2.Make daily choices: The power of choice
Choice is the main reason people want to live in a free country. We want the power to choose.

Most people choose not to be rich. For 90% of the population, being rich is too much of a hassle.

Invest first in education, In reality, the only real asset you have is your mind, the most powerful tool we have dominion over.

Most people simply buy investments rather than first investing in learning about investing.

Arrogant or critical people are often people with low self-esteem who are afraid of taking risks. That's because, if you learn something new, you
are then required to make mistakes in order to fully understand what you have learned.

A truly intelligent person welcome new ideas, for new ideas can add to the synergy of other accumulated ideas.
Listening is more important than talking.

3.Choose friends carefully: The power of association.
Don't listennnnn to poor or frightened people. They can always tell you why something won't work. The problem is that people listen to them.

One of the hardest things about wealth building is to be true to yourself and to be willing to not go along with the crowd. This is because, in the market, it is usually the crowd that shows up late that is slaughtered. If a great deal is on the front page, it's not too late in most instances. Look for a new deal.

Smart investors don't time the markets. If they miss a wave, they search for the next one and get themselves in position.

4.Master a formula and then learn a new one: The power of learning quickly
In today's fast-changing world, it's not so much that you know anymore that counts, because often what you know is old. It is how fast you learn. That skill is priceless. It's priceless in finding faster formulas-recipes, if you will-for making dough. Working hard for money is an old formula born in the day of cavemen.

5.Pay yourself first: The power of self discipline
If you cannot get control of yourself, do not try to get rich. It is the lack of self discipline that causes get most lottery winners to go broke soon after winning millions.

People who lack internal fortitude often become victim of those who have self-discipline.

The 3 most important management skills necessary to start your own business are management of:
1.Cash Flow
2.People
3.Personal Time

Each of these skills is enhanced by the mastery of self discipline. Do not take the saying, "Pay yourself first," lightly.

To successfully pay yourself first, keep the following in mind.
1.Don't get into large debt positions that you have to pay for keep your expenses low. Build up assets first. Then buy the big house or nice car. Being stuck in the rat race is not intelligent.
2.When you come up short, let the pressure build and don't dip into your savings or investments. Use the pressure to inspire your financial genius to come up with new ways of making more money and then pay your bills. You will have increased your ability to make more money as well as your financial intelligence.

Poor people have poor habit. A common bad habit is innocently called "dipping into savings." The rich know that savings are only used to create more money not to pay bills.

If you do not like financial pressure, then find a formula that works for you. A good one is to cut expenses.

6. Pay your brokers well: The power of good advice
Information is priceless. A good broker should provide you with information, as well as take the time to educate you.

So many poor and middle class people insist on tipping restaurant help 15 - 20%, even for bad service, but complain about paying in broker 3-7%. They enjoy tipping people in the expense column and stiffing people in the asset column. That is not financially intelligent.

Find a broker who has your best interest at heart. Many brokers will spend the time educating you, and they could be the best asset you find. Just be fair, and most of them will be fair to you. If all you think about is cutting their commisions, then why should they want to help you?

The real skill is to manage and reward the people who are smarter than you in some technical area. That is why companies have a board of directors. You should have one too.

7. Be an indian giver: The power of getting something for nothing
The sophisticated investor's first question is: "How fast do I get my money back?"

People who hate risk put their money in the bank. In the long run, safe savings are better than no savings. But it takes a long time to get your money back and, in most instances, you don't get anything for free with it.

Wise investors must look at more than ROI. They look at the assets they get for free once they get their money back. That is financial Intelligence.

8. Use assets to buy luxuries: The power of focus
If a person cannot master the power of self-discipline, it is best not to try to get rich.

Too often today, we focus on borrowing money to get the things we want instead of focusing on creating money. One is easier in the short term, but harder in the long term.

Remember, the easy road often becomes, hard and the hard road becomes easy.

The earlier you can train yourself and those you love to be masters of money, the better.
Unfortunately, people use the power of money against themselfves. If your financial intelligence is low, money will run all over you. It will be smarter than you. If money is smarter than you, you will work for it all your life.

To be the master of money, you need to be smarter than it. Then money will do as it is told. That is financial intelligence

9. Choose heroes: The power of myth.
Copying or emulating heroes is the true power learning.

Heroes do more than simply inspire us. Heroes make things look easy. Making it look easy convince us to want to be just like them.

"If they can do it, so can I."

When it comes to investing, too many people make it sound hard. Instead, find heroes who make it look easy.

10. Teach and you shall receive: The power of giving
"If you want something, you first need to give," he would always say. When he was short of money, he gave money to his church or to his favorite charity.

I know it is often the last thing a person may want to do, but it has always worked.

I want money, so I give money and it comes back in multiples. I want sales, so I help someone else to sell something, and sales come to me. I want contacts I help someone else get contacts.

"God does not need to receive, but humans need to give."
It is true that your world is only a mirror of you.

"Teach and you shall receive."
If you want to learn about money, teach it to someone else. A torrent of new ideas and finer distinctions will come in.

Three Choices

When we are unhappy and our Life Conditions do not match our Blueprint, we have three choices as to how we’re going to handle the challenge: First Choice: Blame The first choice people have is to assign blame, and there are three things you can blame: a) Event . There’s a story, something that happened, behind why things are the way they are. However accurate the story may be, blaming an event is convenient because it helps preserve an identity designed to shield us from our true fears: fear of failure and fear of not being loved or accepted. b) Others . “I’m in this situation because this person …” Similarly, the story may be true, but it’s convenient and gives you comfort in the moment. “There’s nothing wrong with me. It’s this other person. There’s nothing I need to change.”  c) Yourself . Most people think that this is being responsible, but blaming yourself will not make it better. There’s a difference between responsibility and beating yourself up—between “Here’s a pattern th...

Wealth File #15 Rich people have their money work hard for them. Poor people work hard for their money

Working hard is important, but working hard alone will never make you rich. Rich people can spend their days playing and relaxing because they work smart. They understand and use leverage. They employ other people to work for them and their money to work for them. You do have to work hard for money. For rich people, however, this is a temporary situation. For poor people, it's permanent.. Rich people understand that "you" have to work hard until your "money" works hard enough to take your place they understand  the more your money works, the less you will have to work. To win the money game, the goal is to earn enough passive income to pay for your desired lifestyle. In short, you become financially free when your passive income exceeds your expenses. Rich people think long-term. They balance their spending on enjoyment today with investing for freedom tomorrow. Poor people think short-term. They run their lives based on immediate gratifications. To in...
